ban moto guzzi v7 offline: XoilacTV

I've got a persistent check engine light on my 2013 V7 stone, single throttle body small block. I've been meaning to get Guzzidiag and load a Beetle map. Does Guzzidiag read fault codes so I would know for certain why I've got a CEL?

Non-ethanol gas is good for mowers, snow blowers, and any other engine you start every once in a while. Edit: as to grade I use USA grade 87 octane, (R+M)/2, in all my motorcycles without a ping. Some actually perform better and have higher MPG with 87 than when I tested 93 octane.

Checked fuses number 3 fuse 5amp blown. Pulled and changed it and as soon as touched the terminal it blew again. Any ideas as to what is the cause other than checking the full circuit, because if anyone has a direction to go first from experience (starting point) it could save tearing fully in.
